Exhibitor Information
In order to best accommodate venue size and in the interest of showcasing a variety of exhibits, poster style displays will be offered. Note: These are not full-size booths.
Displays will remain up the duration of the symposium-- from 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM. An early display time will provide attendees the opportunity to view the posters, collect information, and speak with exhibitors during the scheduled breaks.
Information such as business cards, brochures, and research papers will be allowed for distribution to attendees.
One small demonstration item/product model, measuring no larger than 2’x3’x2’ will be allowed to be displayed nearby the poster.
Student and faculty posters will be added to the exhibitor displays just prior to the start of the Reception at 4:45 PM. During the Reception, poster presenters and exhibitors are expected to be available to discuss their displays.
Fees: Businesses, organizations, or individuals (“exhibitors”) wishing to display information about their personal research, business, or other areas of interest: $100.00

Exhibitor Guidelines
-Poster displays may be no larger than 30"H x 40"W (76 cm x 101 cm).
-An easel with foam board measuring 30" x 40" will be provided to attach/support posters.
-Adhesives such as double-sided tape and clips will be provided.
-Posters should include information such as title of the presentation, name of the organization or individual(s), photos of product or research being showcased.
-Keep in mind that most viewers will be approximately 3-5 feet away from posters. Therefore, it is suggested that a font no smaller than 16 pt. be used and that the font be simple and bold.
-No audiovisual equipment is permitted for poster presentations.
-Distribution of business cards, flyers, and brochures is encouraged.
-Small demonstration items/product models, measuring no larger than 2’x3’x2’ will be allowed to be displayed nearby the poster.
-Product samples or other demonstration items measuring greater than 3'x2'x3' will require pre-approval by symposium organizers.
-A small, high-boy style table may also be made available for product/literature placement upon request.
-It would be in the best interest of the exhibitor to tend their poster during a portion of each break and during the Reception, scheduled between 5-6:30 PM.
-Displays may be set up the evening of August 19 or before 7:15 AM on August 20.
